We are committed to providing high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy before requesting a return, refund, or after-sales service.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

Products purchased directly from the official Lrly website may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must remain in its original condition
  • The item must include the original packaging and accessories
  • You must contact customer support and receive return authorization before returning the item

Unauthorized returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Non-Quality-Related Returns

For returns that are not related to product quality issues (such as no longer needed, personal reasons, or ordering mistakes), only unused items are eligible for return.

These returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The item has not been used
  • The item has no grease, stains, or visible signs of use
  • The item remains in complete original packaging

Customers are responsible for both outgoing and return shipping costs.

3. Used Items Are Not Eligible for Return

Because grill brushes are kitchen tools that come into contact with food, used items are generally not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.

Unless there is a verified product defect, used items will not qualify for return.

4. Product Quality Issues

If the product has manufacturing defects, damage, or functional issues, please contact us within 30 days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos

Once the issue is confirmed to be product-related, Lrly may provide one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

  • Free replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

If a return is required for a verified product defect, Lrly will cover the return shipping cost.

5. 30-Day Limited Warranty

Lrly provides a 30-day limited warranty for products purchased through the official website.

Under normal use, if the product develops a functional issue during the warranty period, we will first assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution.

If the issue cannot be resolved, we may provide one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement with the same model
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

The warranty does not cover:

  • Customer-caused damage
  • Excessive or improper use
  • Improper cleaning
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Situations

Returns, refunds, or warranty claims may not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Used items (non-quality-related)
  • Unauthorized returns
  • Customer-caused damage
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Clearance items, gift cards, or promotional products

7. Refund Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting the returned item (if applicable), we will notify you regarding the refund approval status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank processing time.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours after placement.

Once an order enters processing or shipping status, it can no longer be canceled.

If the order has already shipped, customers may request after-sales support according to this policy after receiving the product.
