We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping service. All orders include free shipping so you can shop with confidence.
1. Shipping Coverage
Currently, Lrly only ships within the United States.
Free shipping applies to the continental United States only.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may not qualify for free shipping and additional shipping fees may apply.
If extra shipping fees are required, our customer support team will contact you for confirmation.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Region: United States
Warehouse Location: U.S. local warehouse
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 48 hours after purchase (usually before 3 PM on the next business day).
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days. Some areas may receive delivery as soon as the next day.
Shipping Fee: Free Shipping (Shipping Included)
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will automatically be sent to your email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
3. Address Changes & Refused Deliveries
You may request to change your shipping address or cancel your order within 60 minutes after placing the order.
If a package is returned due to any of the following reasons:
- Incorrect shipping address
- No one available to receive the package
- Customer refusal of delivery
The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and related fees.
Once the package has been shipped, the risk of loss and ownership of the goods transfers to the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and take photos as evidence. We will assist you with after-sales support.
4. Delivery Inspection & Confirmation
Please inspect your package as soon as possible after delivery.
If no issue is reported within 48 hours after delivery, the order will be considered successfully fulfilled.
If the package is not inspected upon delivery, the customer will be considered to have accepted the condition of the goods.
5. Out-of-Stock Orders
If an item becomes unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you within 1 business day after the order is placed.
You may choose to:
- Wait for restocking
- Cancel the order and receive a full refund
6. Shipping Notes
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
Holidays, promotional events, or severe weather conditions may cause shipping delays.
Lrly cannot guarantee identical delivery times for all locations.
